Tuesdays: Noches de Locales Every Tuesday from 4:30 to 7:30 PM, Delek becomes a space for the people who make Tulum what it is. The chefs, artists, artisans, therapists, teachers, entrepreneurs, baristas, creatives and healers who give energy to this town every single day.
Noches de Locales is our way of saying thank you. It’s a weekly invitation to unwind, reconnect, and feel at home. With live music, 50% off select dishes, and discounted beers and cocktails, the evening is designed to be welcoming, relaxed, and accessible. There’s no dress code, no reservations needed, and no pressure to “go out.” Just show up as you are.
