DAY THREE, Wednesday 30th March

DREAM YOGA

10:00 AM – 12:00PM / 4:00 – 6:00 PM

Where does the Dream begin? Can it be managed? Is this knowledge able to turn over our understanding of reality and ourselves and deepen our practice?

Doctor of Psychology Michael Katz, author of famous books on Tibetan Dream Yoga, studied with great Masters for decades and traveled around the globe, passing on the time-tested Tibetan practice of Lucid Dreaming.

The main goal of the session is to share with you the keys to activate and develop awareness and clarity in the Dream. The session includes guided induction.

“If you are aware in a dream, you can have many valuable experiences in the dream state. It is easier to develop your (spiritual) practices in a dream than during the day. During the daytime, we are limited by our material body, but in dream, our mental function and our sense consciousness are unimpeded. We can have more clarity. “
